Please note, we use Let Go Coco, LLC to process all payments and handle all billing so we can stay focused on the customer travel experience. Don't be confused if you see Let Go Coco, LLC when you pay a deposit or receive a payment request!
Payment Options
Credit Cards
Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express accepted for secure transactions.
Digital Payments
Venmo and Apple Pay available for convenient mobile payments.
ACH
The published rates are the total program fee is the cost you will pay by check or bank ACH. Paying by credit card, Venmo or Apple Pay will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
Payment Schedule

Reserve Your Spot
$25 deposit required to secure your booking and begin the registration process.

Initial Payment
50% of total package price due within 30 days of signing up for your tour.

Final Balance
Remaining balance must be paid 90 days before your tour departure date.
Full agreement and terms will be delivered via email for digital signature upon receipt of your $25 deposit.

Travel Protection Insurance
Strongly Recommended Coverage
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance to safeguard your investment against unexpected illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions that may occur before or during your journey.
Travel protection provides peace of mind and financial security when unforeseen circumstances arise, ensuring your travel investment remains protected regardless of external factors beyond your control.
Our founder partners personally use www.squaremouth.com to comparison shop travel insurance options. However, you may find a good deal through AAA or USAA if you are members of either program. We do not receive any compensation for these recommendations.
Important Policy Notes
Non-Refundable Definition
Non-refundable portions cannot be applied as credit toward future trips. These amounts are permanently forfeited upon cancellation within the specified timeframes.
Written Cancellation Required
All cancellations must be received in writing to be processed. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.
Company Cancellation Policy

Full Protection Guarantee: If Small Town Journeys cancels a departure for any reason including weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a full refund or future travel credit at their choice.
We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond anyone's control may require us to cancel departures. In these rare situations, we ensure complete protection for our travelers with flexible refund or credit options.
Name Change Policies

No Fee Period
Name changes allowed with no penalty from 119-60 days before departure. Prior to 120 days you can cancel and receive full refund minus a $100 processing fee.

Service Fee
Name changes require $150 service fee from 59-15 days before departure. There is no fee if you request a name change prior to day 59.
Name changes provide flexibility when travel plans need adjustment, with reasonable fees applied based on proximity to departure date.

Maintaining security and technology compliance in the modern world can be an ongoing challenge. That's why we outsource our payment processing to Let Go CoCo, LLC. Following is a copy of their PCI compliance certificate.
What is PCI? PCI stands for the Payment Card Industry. The major payment card brands Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Financial Services, and JCB International established the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to help merchants prevent payment card data theft.
Compliance with the PCI DSS or “PCI compliance,” is required for all businesses that process, store, or transmit payment card data. Merchants must achieve PCI compliance annually. Let Go Coco, LLC uses the security of Quickbooks for payment processing; this program is designed with several layers of security, including PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance (a set of standards for handling credit card information), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and RSA encryption to protect financial data during online transactions, and multi-factor authentication, to protect your financial data from fraud and breaches.
